氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果

Clinical effect of amlodipine with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease

目的探讨氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果。方法将2015年4月26日至2017年4月26日我院收治的86例高血压合并冠心病患者按住院先后顺序分为对照组与观察组,分别采用阿托伐他汀钙片、氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效与心电图改善情况。结果观察组的临床治疗总有效率为95.3%,明显高于对照组的74.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组心电图改善的基本治愈率和总有效率为86.1%、97.7%,明显高于对照组的46.5%、88.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高血压合并冠心病的临床治疗中,采用氨氯地平+阿托伐他汀钙片治疗是可行、值得推广的,能够有效地改善患者心绞痛、高血脂等临床症状,提高患者生命质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods Eighty-six patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from April 26, 2015 to April 26, 2017 were divided into control group（n=43）and observation group（n=43） according to the order of hospitalization, and respectively given atorvastatin calcium tablets and amlodipine with atorvastatin calcium tablets. The clinical effects and electrocardiogram improvements were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 95.3%, which was significantly higher than 74.4% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The basic cure rate and total effective rate of ECG improvement in the observation group were 86.1% and 97.7%, which were significantly higher than 46.5% and 88.4% in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Amlodipine with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the clinical treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease is feasible and worthy of promotion, also can effectively improve the patients＇ angina, hyperlipidemia and other clinical symptoms, and improve patients＇ quality of life.
