生长抑素与泮托拉唑钠治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效及对血清炎性因子的影响

Clinical efficacy of somatostatin and pantoprazole sodium in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis and its effect on serum inflammatory factors

目的探讨采用生长抑素与泮托拉唑钠治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效及其对血清炎性因子的影响。方法将我院于2014年6月至2017年6月收治的90例重症急性胰腺炎患者按随机分配原则分为参考组与试验组,各45例。参考组采取泮托拉唑钠进行治疗,试验组采取生长抑素+泮托拉唑钠进行治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效及其血清炎性因子水平情况进行比较分析。结果参考组的治疗总有效率为75.56%,低于试验组的93.33%,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组的血清炎性因子水平低于参考组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论采用泮托拉唑钠与生长抑素治疗重症急性胰腺炎,可以有效提高临床疗效,改善患者的血清炎性因子水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of somatostatin and pantoprazole sodium in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis and its effect on serum inflammatory factors. Methods Ninety patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2017 were divided into reference group and experimental group according to random distribution principle, with 45 cases in each group. The patients in the reference group were treated with pantoprazole sodium, while the patients in the experimental group were treated with somatostatin ＋ pantoprazole sodium. The clinical efficacy and serum inflammatory factors levels of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the reference group was 75.56%, which was lower than 93.33% of the experimental group, and the difference was significance（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the serum inflammatory factors levels of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group, and the differences were significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Somatostatin and pantoprazole sodium in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and improve the serum inflammatory factor level, which is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
