丹参酮联合异维A酸治疗中度寻常型痤疮的临床效果及对患者血清TNF-α、IL-8、IL-6的影响

Clinical effect of tanshinone combined with isotretinoin on moderate acne vulgaris and its effect on serum TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-6

目的观察丹参酮联合异维A酸治疗中度寻常型痤疮的临床效果。方法将我院收治的120例中度寻常型痤疮患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组采用异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用丹参酮治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前、后痤疮数量及炎症因子改善情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组黑头粉刺数、白头粉刺数、丘疹数及脓疱数显著减少,IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用丹参酮联合异维A酸治疗中度寻常型痤疮临床效果显著,治疗后患者痤疮数量、炎症指标改善明显,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of tanshinone combined with isotretinoin in the treatment of moderate acne vulgaris. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with moderate acne vulgaris in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and obse r vation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with isotretinoin erythromycin gel. The observation group was treated with tanshinone on the basis of the control group. The treatment effects, number of acne and inflammatory factors before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the number of blackheads, whiteheads, papules and pustules in the two groups significantly reduced, and the levels of IL-6, IL-8, and TNF-α decreased, those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The tanshinone combined with isotretinoin in the treatment of moderate acne vulgaris has significant effect. After treatment, the numbers of acne and the inflammation index of the patients obviously improved. It is worthy of clinical application.
