Effect of little leukocyte transfusion technology on improving the safety of blood transfusion

目的探讨少白细胞输血技术对提高输血安全性的作用。方法将我院2016年11月至2017年11月需要输血治疗的186例患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(n=93)和对照组(n=93),研究组与对照组分别使用少白细胞输血技术与常规输血,观察两组患者交叉配血相合率和不良反应发生情况。结果研究组交叉配血相合率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者不良反应总发生率为6.45%(6/93),明显低于对照组21.51%(20/93),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论少白细胞输血技术可提高对患者的救治效果,降低输血不良反应发生率,可推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of little leukocyte transfusion technology on improving the safety of blood transfusion. Methods A total of 186 patients who needed blood transfusion from November 2016 and November 2017 in our hospital were divided into study group（n=93） and control group（n=93） according to the random number table method. The patients in the study group were given little leukocyte transfusion technology, and the patients in the control group were given routine blood transfusions, and the cross matching rate and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results The cross matching rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.45%（6/93）, which was significantly lower than 21.51%（20/93） in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The little leukocyte transfusion technology can effectively improve the treatment effect of the patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of blood transfusion. It can be popularized.
