孕期微量元素与产后出血量的相关性

摘要 目的探讨孕妇孕期微量元素与产后出血量的相关性。方法将70例孕妇按照出血量的不同分为A组(>500 mL)、B组(300~500 mL)、C组(<300 mL)。在同期到本院体检的健康非妊娠妇女中随机抽取25例为D组。检测4组孕期微量元素水平,分析其与产后出血量相关性。结果 A、B、C组铜、镁元素水平无显著性差异(P>0.05);A、B、C组镁元素水平均低于D组,且铜元素水平均高于D组(P<0.05);A组钙、锌、铁元素水平均低于B、C组(P<0.05);B组钙、锌、铁元素水平均低于C组(P<0.05);A、B、C组钙、锌、铁元素水平均低于D组(P<0.05)。产后出血孕妇的孕期钙、铁、锌元素水平与产后出血量呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论孕期钙、铁、锌元素水平与产后出血量呈负相关,但铜、镁元素水平与产后出血量无明显相关性。 Objective To explore the correlation between trace elements in pregnancy and postpartum hemorrhage bleeding amount. Methods Seventy women were divided into group A(500 mL), group B(300~500 mL) and group C(300 mL) according to the amount of bleeding. At the same time, 25 healthy non-pregnant women examined in our hospital were randomly selected as the group D. The levels of trace elements in pregnancy were detected in the four groups, and the correlation with postpartum hemorrhage amount was analyzed. Results There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of copper and magnesium among the group A, B and C(P〈0.05). The levels of magnesium of the group A, group B and group C were lower than those of the group D, and the levels of copper were higher than that in the group D(P〈0.05). The levels of calcium, zinc and iron in the group A were lower than those in the group B and group C(P〈0.05). The levels of calcium, zinc and iron in the group B were lower than those in the group C(P〈0.05). The levels of calcium, zinc and iron in the group A, group B and group C were lower than those in the group D(P〈0.05). The levels of calcium, iron and zinc in pregnant women with postpartum hemorrhage were negatively correlated with postpartum hemorrhage amount.Conclusion The levels of calcium, iron and zinc during pregnancy are negatively correlated with postpartum hemorrhage amount, but there is no significant correlation between copper and magnesium and postpartum hemorrhage amount.
