中药复方大黄芒硝散外敷的临床应用

Clinical external application of traditional Chinese medicine compound of rhubarb and mirabilite powder

目的探讨中药复方大黄芒硝散在本院多个科室应用的效果。方法选择本院应用大黄芒硝散治疗的患者880例,分析治疗效果,并选择其中的92例腹腔积液患者作为观察组。同期选择我院的92例腹腔积液患者设为对照组(外敷硫酸镁),比较两组的疗效。结果外敷中药复方大黄芒硝散治疗关节软组织肿胀总有效率为94.20%,术后切口愈合有效率为98.61%;观察组腹腔积液患者的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论外敷大黄芒硝散治疗关节软组织肿胀、术后切口愈合不良、腹腔积液等效果显著,减轻了患者负担且使用方便。

Objective To investigative the effect of traditional Chinese medicine compound of rhubarb and mirabilite powder in different depart ment of our hospital. Methods A total of 880 patients treated with rhubarb mirabilite powder in our hospital were selected, and the therapeutic effect were analyzed. Among them, 92 cases of celiac effusion patients were selected as the observation group. At the same time, 92 cases of celiac effusion patients applied with magnesium sulfate were collected as the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of applying traditional Chinese medicine compound of rhubarb and mirabilite powder to treat the joint soft tissue swelling was 94.20%. The effective rate of postoperative incision healing was 98.61%. The total effective rate of celiac effusion patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine compound of rhubarb and mirabilite powder applied in patients with the joint soft tissue swelling, postoperative poor wound healing and celiac effusion is effective. It can reduce patients＇ burden and ease of use.
