补肾活血接骨汤配合西药治疗对骨质疏松骨折愈合过程中凝血因子及VEGF表达的影响

Effect of Bushen Huoxue Jiegu decoction combined with western medicine on the expression of clotting factor and VEGF in the healing process of osteoporosis fracture

目的探讨补肾活血接骨汤联合西药对骨质疏松患者骨折愈合过程中体内凝血因子及VEGF表达的影响。方法将我院骨外科104例患者随机分为试验组(n=52,补肾活血接骨汤联合西药常规治疗)和对照组(n=52,西药常规治疗)。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的PLT、FIB与D-D水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组的APTT、PT、TT与VEGF水平均升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用补肾活血接骨汤配合西药治疗骨质疏松性骨折可有效促进骨折愈合,减少血栓产生。

Objective To investigate the effect of Bushen Huoxue Jiegu decoction combined with conventional western medicine on the expression of clotting factor and VEGF in healing of patients with osteoporosis fracture. Methods One hundred and four patients in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group（52 cases, Bushen Huoxue Jiegu decoction combined with western medicine conventional treatment） and control group（52 cases, western medicine conventional）. The treatment effects in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, PLT, FIB, and D-D levels decreased in both groups, those in the experimental group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. APTT, PT, TT, VEGF levels increased in both groups, those in the experimental group were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Jiegu decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of osteoporotic fracture can effectively promote fracture healing and reduce thrombus generation.
