香砂六君子汤治疗脾胃气虚型慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效

Efficacy of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis of qi deficiency of spleen and stomach

目的探讨香砂六君子汤治疗脾胃气虚型慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效。方法选择我院收治的108例脾胃气虚型慢性浅表性胃炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各54例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予口服香砂六君子汤治疗。治疗2周后,比较两组的中医症状积分、临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗后,两组的中医症状积分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治愈率和治疗总有效率均显著高于对照组,不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性浅表性胃炎中脾胃气虚型采用香砂六君子汤治疗效果显著且安全可靠,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis of qi deficiency of spleen and stomach. Methods A total of 108 patients with chronic superficial gastritis of qi deficiency of spleen and stomach admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 54 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine, the observation group was given oral Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction. After 2 weeks of treatment, the TCM symptom scores, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the symptom scores significantly decreased, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the cure rate and total effective rate of treatment were significantly higher, total incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the observation group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction is effective, safe and reliable in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis of qi deficiency of spleen and stomach, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
