简易智能精神状态检查量表检测对痴呆患者临床护理的指导作用

Guidance function of mini-mental state examination scale in the clinical nursing of dementia patients

目的探讨在痴呆患者中应用简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)对于临床护理的指导作用。方法将我院收治的60例痴呆患者随机分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。两组入院后进行MMSE检测,对照组实施常规护理措施,观察组根据MMSE检测结果实施护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果两组护理后的MMSE评分均提高,观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后ADL评分降低,观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后的HAMA、HAMD评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用MMSE量表检测对痴呆患者行临床护理指导可提高患者的认知功能和日常生活能力,改善患者的负性情绪。

Objective To explore the guidance function of mini-mental state examination（MMSE） in the clinical nursing of dementia patients. Methods Sixty cases of dementia patients admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group（n=30） and observation group（n=30）. The MMSE was detected in the two groups after admission. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given individual nursing intervention according to MMSE test results. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of MMSE in the two groups increased after nursing, and that of the observation group was higher than the control group（ P〈0.05）. The ADL scores in the two groups decreased after nursing, and that of the observation group was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. The HAMA and HAMD scores in the two groups decreased after nursing, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of MMSE scale to detect dementia patients with clinical nursing guidance can improve the patients＇ cognitive function, daily living ability and the patient＇s negative emotions.
