甲氨蝶呤联合中药治疗异位妊娠临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy with Methotrexate Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的分析甲氨蝶呤联合中药治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法纳入此研究中128例研究对象为该院2016年4月—2017年8月期间收治的异位妊娠患者,观察组和对照组患者分组方式为随机数字表法,对照组64例患者治疗方法为甲氨蝶呤连续性肌注,观察组64例患者治疗方法为甲氨蝶呤连续性肌注联合中药口服治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率93.75%、腹痛腹胀比例3.13%、恶心呕吐比例3.13%、全身不适比例6.25%对比对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.533 3,17.783 9,11.102 1,15.638 0,P<0.05)。观察组住院用时(12.17±1.46)d、血β-HCG恢复正常用时(11.26±1.43)d、腹痛消失时间(2.97±0.86)d、阴道流血停止时间(3.12±0.28)d、盆腔包块消失用时(18.74±8.03)d对比对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.895 6,11.038 4,10.650 8,15.310 8,3.282 4,P<0.05)。结论异位妊娠患者采用MTX联合中药治疗疗效显著,可降低不良反应发生率,临床应用价值存在。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical effect of methotrexate combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods In this study, 128 subjects were ectopic pregnancy patients who were admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to August 2017. The observation group and the control group were randomly assigned to a random number table. The control group was treated by 64 patients. Methotrexate was continuously administered intramuscularly. In the observation group, 64 patients were treated with continuous methotrexate intramuscular injection and oral Chinese medicine. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment was 93.75% in the observation group, 3.13% in abdominal pain and bloating, 3.13% in nausea and vomiting, and 6.25% in general discomfort group. There was statistical significance（χ~2=5.533 3, 17.783 9,11.102 1, 15.638 0, P〈0.05）. The observation group was hospitalized（12.17±1.46）d, blood β-HCG returned to normal use（11.26±1.43）d, abdominal pain disappeared（2.97±0.86）d, vaginal bleeding stop time（3.12±0.28）d, and pelvic mass disappeared（18.74± 8.03）d; comparing with the control group, with statistical significance（t=8.895 6, 11.038 4, 10.650 8,15.310 8, 3.282 4, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with ectopic pregnancy treated with MTX combined with traditional Chinese medicine have significant curative effect, which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and have clinical application value.
