消化内镜医院感染相关危险因素分析及控制措施研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析消化内镜医院感染相关危险因素,并探讨控制感染的措施。方法选取1 054个2015年5月—2017年10月在该院检查的消化内镜样本,对其进行检测后发现,合格的样本有985个,将其列为对照组,不合格的样本有69个,将其列为观察组。对观察组患者受到感染的相关感染因素进行分析。结果观察组患者清洗时间(18.05±1.01)min少于对照组患者清洗时间(25.63±1.33)min,差异有统计学意义(t=4.169,P<0.05);观察组干燥保存(39.13%)低于对照组干燥保存(96.95%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=28.011,P<0.05);观察组患者戊二醛(<1.8%)情况(23.19%)、多酶洗液浓度的不合格情况(26.09%)以及操作不规范情况(18.84%)均高于对照组戊二醛(<1.8%)情况(3.25%)、多酶洗液浓度的不合格情况(2.94%)以及操作不规范情况(3.45%),各项结果之间均差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.169、12.143、8.011,P<0.05);经过Logistic多因素分析后结果发现,清洗时间、干燥保存、戊二醛、多酶洗液浓度、操作不规范情况均是影响消化内镜医院消毒效果的因素。结论消化内镜医院的感染因素与多方面的因素有关系,各消化内镜医院应加强对工作人员的培训,提高该院消毒工作的管理能力,保证患者的生命安全。 Objective This paper tries to analyze the risk factors associated with nosocomial infection in digestive endoscopy and discuss measures to control infection. Methods 1 054 digestive endoscopy samples examined in the hospital from May 2015 to October 2017 were selected. After testing them, 985 qualified samples were included in the control group, and 69 samples were unqualified, as an observation group. The infected patients in the observation group were analyzed for related infections. Results The washing time of patients in the observation group was(18.05 ±1.01)min less than that of the control group(25.63±1.33) min, with statistical difference(t=4.169,P〈0.05); the dry preservation of the observation group(39.13%) was lower than the control group of the dry storage(96.95%) was statistically significant(χ~2=28.011, P〈0.05); the glutaraldehyde(〈1.8%) condition(23.19%) and the unqualified concentration of the multi-enzyme lotion were observed in the observation group(26.09%) and non-standard operating conditions(18.84%)were higher than the control group glutaraldehyde(〈1.8%) situation(3.25%), multi-enzyme lotion concentration of the unqualified(2.94%) and non-standard operation conditions(3.45%) There was a statistically significant difference between the results(χ~2=10.169, 12.143, 8.011, P〈0.05); after Logistic multivariate analysis, the results showed that the cleaning time, dry preservation, glutaraldehyde, and more concentration of enzyme wash solution and non-standard operation are factors that affect the effect of disinfection in the endoscopic hospital. Conclusion The factors affecting the infection in gastrointestinal endoscopy hospitals are related to many factors. Each gastrointestinal endoscopic hospital should strengthen the training of staff, improve the management ability of the hospital’s disinfection work, and ensure the safety of patients’ lives.
