功能性胃肠紊乱的临床病因分析及治疗效果探讨

Clinical Etiological Analysis and Therapeutic Effect of Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders

目的分析功能性胃肠紊乱的临床病因,并探讨其临床疗效。方法以该院2016年4月—2018年1月期间诊治的98例功能性胃肠紊乱患者为分析探讨的对象,总结其发病的具体原因并探讨其临床疗效。结果分析发病原因,98例功能性胃肠紊乱患者中精神因素影响35例(35.71%)、负性情绪影响33例(33.67%)、不规律作息30例(30.61%)。经对因治疗后,98例患者的治疗总有效率为93.88%(92/98)。结论在对功能性胃肠紊乱患者实施治疗措施前,应先具体分析其发病原因,再针对采取有效治疗对策,以进一步提升其临床疗效,从而获得更符合预期的预后。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical causes of functional gastrointestinal disorders and to explore the clinical effect. Methods 98 patients with functional gastrointestinal disorders who were diagnosed and treated in this hospital from April 2016 to January 2018 were analyzed and discussed. The specific causes of the disease were summarized and the clinical efficacy was discussed. Results The cause of the disease was analyzed. In 98 cases of functional gastrointestinal disorders, 35 cases（35.71%） were affected by mental factors, 33 cases（33.67%） had negative emotions, and 30 cases（30.61%） did irregular work and rest. After treatment, the total effective rate of 98 patients was93.88%（92/98）. Conclusion Before the implementation of treatment measures for patients with functional gastrointestinal disorders, it should first analyze the causes of the disease, and then take effective treatment measures to further enhance its clinical efficacy, in order to obtain more in line with the expected prognosis.
