中医骨伤手法结合独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion by TCM Bone Injury Manipulation Combined with Duhuo Huosheng Decoction

目的分析探讨使用中医骨伤手法联合独活寄生汤加减方治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床治疗效果。方法将2016年1月—2017年6月收治的118例腰间盘突出患者作为研究对象,随机分59例病患为接受中医骨伤手法治疗的对照组,以及余下59例为在中医骨伤手法治疗的基础上接受独活寄生汤加减治疗的观察组,分析比较两组病患治疗有效率、不良反应发生情况以及症状缓解及消失时间等临床治疗情况。结果观察组病患的治疗总有效率为94.92%(56/59),和对照组病患的81.36%(48/59)相比显著较高,且数据差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.382,P=0.008<0.05);观察组病患的不良反应发生率为5.08%(3/59),和对照组的15.25%(9/59)相比显著较低,且数据差异有统计学意义(χ~2=21.324,P=0.000<0.05);观察组病患的症状缓解及消失时间分别为(2.18±0.81)、(30.29±4.93)d,和对照组的(6.13±0.92)、(52.67±7.89)d相比均显著较少,且数据差异有统计学意义(t=8.294,9.294,P=0.000,0.000<0.05)。结论为腰椎间盘突出病患使用中医骨伤手法联合独活寄生汤加减方治疗的治疗有效率高,并发症少,且症状缓解及消失快,是一种高效、安全的治疗手段,具有临床推广价值。

Objective This paper tries to analyze and discuss the clinical treatment effect of using traditional Chinese medicine orthopaedic trauma combined with Duhuosheng Tang addition and subtraction recipe in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods From January 2016 to June 2017, 118 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treated as subjects were randomized into 59 cases of patients receiving the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics, and the remaining 59 cases were treated with traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics. On the basis of treatment, the observation group receiving the treatment of Duhuoshengjing decoction was used to analyze and compare the clinical treatment conditions such as the efficiency of treatment, the occurrence of adverse reactions, and the time of symptom remission and disappearance. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was94.92%（56/59）, which was significantly higher than that in the control group 81.36%（48/59）, and the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=8.382, P=0.008〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.08%（3/59） in the observation group and 15.25%（9/59） in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=21.324, P =0.000 〈0.05）; The symptom remission and disappearance time in the observation group were（2.18 ±0.81）d,（30.29±4.93）d, and（6.13 ± 0.92）d in the control group（52.67±7.89） d was significantly less than the mean, and the data difference was statistically significant（t=8.294,9.294, P=0.0000.000,〈0.05）. Conclusion For the patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, the use of traditional Chinese medicine orthopaedic trauma combined with Duhuo Huosheng Decoction is effective, has few complications, and relieves symptoms and disappears quickly. It is an efficient and safe treatment and has clinical value.
