椎间孔镜微创手术治疗患者围手术期护理研究与探讨

Perioperative Nursing of Patients Undergoing Transforaminal Microsurgery for Minimally Invasive Surgery

目的探讨椎间孔镜微创手术治疗患者围手术期护理措施及效果。方法选取2017年2月—2018年1月在该院接受腰椎间盘手术治疗的50例患者,随机分为观察组(微创系统性护理,n=25)、对照组(常规手术护理,n=25),对比两组护理后的VAS评分、护理满意度及生活质量。结果观察组术后VAS评分为(2.63±1.37)分,低于对照组的(3.83±1.62)分;护理满意度为97.78%,高于对照组的82.22%(t=4.324,χ~2=6.049,P<0.05);护理后,观察组心理功能、躯体功能、社会活动及一般健康状况评分分别为(49.86±10.53)分、(27.74±12.65)分(62.63±11.37)分及(39.53±10.39)分,分别高于对照组的(40.34±10.11)分、(20.17±12.62)分、(50.28±11.32)分及(31.32±10.42)分(t=4.374、4.841、5.163、4.742,P<0.05)。结论给予患者椎间孔镜微创手术治疗时,围术期护理中实施系统性护理干预,可使手术疗效显著提高,更大程度缓解疼痛,提高患者生活质量,获得更高满意度。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the perioperative nursing measures and the effect of minimally invasive surgery in patients undergoing transforaminal endoscopic surgery. Methods 50 patients who underwent lumbar disc surgery in the hospital from February 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into observation group（minimally invasive systemic care, n=25） and control group（conventional surgery nursing, n=25）. Comparison of VAS scores,care satisfaction, and quality of life after care in both groups was conducted. Results The VAS score in the observation group was（2.63±1.37） points, which was lower than that of the control group（3.83±1.62） points; the satisfaction rate of the nursing was 97.78%, which was higher than the 82.22% of the control group（t =4.324, χ~2=6.049,P 〈0.05）; After nursing, the scores of psychological function, physical function, social activity and general health of the observation group were（49.86±10.53）points,（27.74±12.65）points（62.63±11.37）points and（39.53±10.39）points, respectively. In the control group,（40.34±10.11）points,（20.17±12.62）points,（50.28±11.32）points, and（31.32±10.42） points（t=4.374、4.841、5.163、4.742 P〈0.05）. Conclusion When the patient is given minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of the foramen, the systemic nursing intervention during perioperative care can significantly improve the efficacy of the operation, relieve the pain to a greater extent, improve the patient’s quality of life, and achieve higher satisfaction.
