ICU重症患者压疮综合护理干预效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Integrated Nursing Care for Pressure Sore in ICU Critical Ill Patients

目的 ICU重症压疮患者采取综合性护理,对其所获得的护理效果进行深刻研究与分析。方法该院在2015年1月—2018年1月收纳诊治了2 000例ICU重症患者,从中选取100例重症压疮患者分成研究组与对照组,对照组患者利用常规护理,研究组患者利用综合护理,查看患者对护理的满意度和发生压疮治疗有效率。结果研究组治疗有效率约为96.00%,对照组治疗有效率约为86.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.549 2,P<0.05);患者的满意度统计发现:研究组患者的满意度约为94.00%,对照组患者的满意度约为82.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=15.298 7,P<0.05)。结论 ICU重症压疮患者利用综合性护理,有效治疗压疮,明显的增加护理满意度,值得在临床上得到推广和应用。

Objective This paper tries to take comprehensive care of ICU patients with severe pressure sore, and to study and analyze the nursing effect. Methods 2000 ICU critically ill patients from the hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were admitted and treated. 100 patients with severe pressure ulcers to be divided into study and control groups. Patients in the control group used routine care, and patients in the study group used comprehensive care, to investigate how satisfied the patient is with care and how effective the pressure ulcer treatment is. Results The treatment efficiency was about 96.00% in the study group, and 86.00% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（χ~2=10.549 2,P 〈0.05）. The patient satisfaction statistics found that the study group patient satisfaction was about 94.00%, the satisfaction of the control group was about 82.00%, the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=15.298 7,P〈0.05）. Conclusion ICU patients with severe pressure sore use comprehensive care, effective treatment of pressure sores, significantly increased care satisfaction, it is worth to be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
