摘要
作为乙烯装置非常重要的一部分,碳二加氢系统跳车会直接导致装置停工,催化剂选择性降低则会导致装置经济效益下降。中韩石化乙烯装置自投入运行以来,碳二加氢系统曾因为进料中碳四组分超标、空速降低而发生5次跳车,通过严控高压脱丙烷塔顶碳四含量、保证反应器空速,并加强催化剂维护等措施,碳二加氢系统运行平稳,未再发生跳车,运行3年后催化剂活性、选择性仍处于较好水平。
Any trip fault of C2 hydrogenation system, a very important part of ethylene plant,will lead to shutdown of the whole ethylene plant. The reduction of catalyst selectivity will reduce economic efficiency of the ethylene plant. Since the ethylene plant in Wuhan Company put into operation,its C2 hydrogenation system has recorded five trip faults, triggered by excessive C4 components in feed and lower space velocity. By strictly controlling the C4 components from high-pressure de-propaner overhead, ensuring reactor space velocity and enhancing catalyst protection, C2 hydrogenation system has run smoothly for three years, while still keeping catalyst activity and selectivity at good level, especially without any trip fault.
