基于原油性质变化的航煤加氢装置节能优化经验浅析 被引量:1

Energy Saving Optimization for Jet Fuel Hydrogenation Unit amid Changing Crude Slates

摘要 某炼厂航煤加氢装置在原油性质变化后,存在较大的节能、优化空间。通过采取优化操作温度、压力等措施,降低了装置运行能耗、纯氢耗量,提高了液体收率。经过试验,将装置的反应压力由3.57 MPa降低至1.8~2.2 MPa,反应入口温度由设计值310℃降低至294℃,装置能够产出合格的国Ⅴ清洁柴油调和组分。保持反应压力在1.8~2.2 MPa,反应入口温度由设计值280℃降低至256℃进行操作,装置仍然能够产出符合GB 6537-2006标准的3~#喷气燃料。优化后装置能耗降低约2.93 kg EO/t,装置液体收率增加0.39百分点,纯氢耗量降低约3.93 t/t。 With the change of crude oil slates in the refnery, the jet fuel hydrogenation unit has much room for energy saving and optimization. By optimizing the operating temperature and pressure, the unit has reduced energy and hydrogen consumption, and raised liquid yield. According to the test on the unit, when its reaction pressure is reduced from 3.57 MPa to 1.8-2.2 MPa, and inlet temperature of the reaction is reduced from 310℃ to 294℃ , the unit can produce qualifed National V clean diesel blending components; When the reaction pressure is kept at 1.8-2.2 MPa, and the reaction inlet temperature is reduced from 280℃to 256℃, the unit can still produce 3# jet fuel consistent with GB 6537-2006 standard. After the optimization, the hydrogenation unit can reduce energy consumption by about 2.93 kgEO/t, raise liquid yield by 0.39 percentage points, and reduce pure hydrogen consumption by about 3.93 t/t.
