常减压装置清洁停工的实践与探讨 被引量:3

摘要 随着环保要求日益提高和节能减排工作的需要,常减压装置必须改变以往停工过程中重结果、轻环保的开放式吹扫模式,通过流程优化和管理创新逐步实现清洁停工。文章通过分析常减压装置停工过程各个环节的关键要素,对荆门分公司350万t/a常减压蒸馏装置在清洁停工过程中采取的停工环保方案推演、柴油循环置换清洗以及吹扫流程优化等措施的实施效果进行了分析,同时也针对该装置在密闭吹扫过程中存在的问题提出了柴油清洗流程优化、增加重油扫线冷却器及地下污油罐等建议。通过上述措施的实施,在一定程度上可以降低常减压装置停工吹扫过程中的污染物排放,减少对下游环保装置的冲击,为老装置今后进一步实现清洁停工积累了很好的经验。 With the increasing demand for environmental protection, energy-saving and emission reduction, crude distillation unit must change the previous way of non-airtight purge in shutdown which pay more attention to the results than environmental protection, and should gradually achieve clean shutdown by process optimization and management innovation. The paper, by analyzing the key elements in the shutdown process of the crude distillation unit, introduced the effects of measures taken for the 3.5MMt/y crude distillation unit in Jingmen Company, such as the clean shutdown program simulation, the diesel cycle replacement cleaning, purge process optimization and so on. At the same time, it proposed suggestions like diesel cleaning process optimization, and adding the heavy oil line cooler and underground sewage tank to tackle the problems in airtight purge process. The implementation of the measures can reduce the pollutant discharge from the purge process during shutdown of the crude distillation unit, mitigate the impact on downstream environmental protection devices, and also offer a good experience for old unit to achieve further clean shutdown in the future.
