摘要
中国石化武汉分公司联合三车间干气提浓装置半产品气压缩机运行过程中,二返一调节阀开度达到70%,且副线开度达到50%,三返三调节阀开度达到60%,才能满足压缩机运行要求;同时由于大量气体被反复压缩导致压缩机振动较大,其中二级尤为突出;三级进、出口排气阀结垢严重。根据余隙调节系统的工作原理,研究确定增上余隙调节系统。余隙调节系统投用后,压缩机之前存在的负荷不匹配、振动过大及进、排气阀结垢严重的问题得到改善,节能效果良好,可节电648 kW·h/h,创效377万元/年。
In the dry gas enriching unit of the third workshop in Sinopec Wuhan Company, the semi-product gas compressor can meet the operation requirements only when the "2 to 1" valve opening is up to 70% while the side-line valve opening is kept at 50% and the "3 to 1" valve opening at 60%. At the same time, the compressor has a large vibration due to the repeated compression of large quantity of gas during operation, especially in the second stage compression, and there is severe scale buildup in the third stage compression inlet and outlet valves. According to the working principle of the clearance adjustment system, this paper is to study and decide the modification scheme to add the clearance adjustment system in the compressor. After the use of the clearance adjustment system, the previous problems in the compressor such as unmatched load, excessive vibration and scale buildup in the inlet and outlet valves have been fxed. After the modifcation, the compressor has a good energy saving effect, saving 648 kW·h/h, or 3.77 million yuan/year.
