摘要
酸性水汽提装置不停工更换除臭剂存在的问题主要包括恶臭气体直排大气对环境的污染、处理过程中产生的废水对水体的污染等。通过采用含硫氨氮污水处理剂水溶液循环清洗,罐顶恶臭气水洗除臭,除臭剂罐钝化,废水全部回收处理,并适当改造流程使除臭剂罐一开一备等措施,兰州石化顺利实施酸性水汽提装置不停工换剂。
In this paper, the problems of online change of deodorant in acid stripping unit have been analyzed, mainly including air pollution caused by malodorous gases escaping into the atmosphere and water pollution caused by processing wastewater. By water-cycle cleaning with wastewater treatment agent containing sulfur, ammonia and nitrogen, water-cleaning deodorization for tank-top malodorous gases, passivation of deodorant tank, recycling of all wastewater, and proper process modi?cation to make one deodorant tank in service and the other at standby, Lanzhou Petrochemical has smoothly replaced the deodorant for acidic water stripping unit without shutdown.
