淘汰落后机电设备节能效果分析

摘要 从能效标准的提高方面入手,结合江苏油田的实际情况,更换高耗能设备三相异步电动机、风机、离心泵、变压器,提出把长期运行的电动设备更换为高能效产品,把非长期运行的电动设备更换为2级能效或者使用淘汰项目以外的效率较低的设备替代,强制淘汰的变压器更换为2级能效产品的方案。江苏油田已连续6批专门对全油田的2 951台电动设备、229台S7、S9型变压器进行淘汰更换,更新完毕后电动设备的综合能效可以提高2.5%,共节电700万kW·h/a,平均投资回收期为5年,有较好的经济效益和社会效益。 From the aspects of improving energy effciency standards, combined with the actual situation of Jiangsu Oilfeld, this paper is to analyze the replacing of high energy-consuming three-phase asynchronous motor, blower, centrifugal pump and transformer. It suggests that the long-running electric equipment should be replaced with high energy effciency products, the short-running electric equipment should be replaced with the secondary energy efficiency products or with the lower energy efficiency products that are not included in the elimination directory, and the eliminated transformers should be replaced with the secondary energy efficiency products. Jiangsu Oilfeld has phased out or replaced all of its 2951 motors and 229 S7/S9 transformers, which has raised the comprehensive energy effciency by 2.5%, and saved power of 7 million kW·h/y, with average investment payback period of 5 years, achieving good economic and social benefts.
