小规格瓷砖直角分流梳理输送机构的设计与仿真 被引量:1

摘要 为解决小规格瓷砖在直角输送过程中容易出现翻转、堆叠的问题,设计了一种带梳理结构的小规格瓷砖直角分流输送机构并进行了仿真分析。首先,基于多刚体动力学理论,建立了辊子式小规格瓷砖直角输送机构的多体模型。接着,采用全因子设计试验方法,在ADAMS中对输送机构的输送参数进行了仿真优化分析,得到了最优输送参数。然后,根据优化后的输送参数完成了梳理结构的改进设计。最后,对含梳理结构的直角输送机构进行了多块小规格瓷砖的仿真试验与样机试验。结果表明,样机试验与仿真结果匹配度很高,改进后的输送机构能够有效地提高小规格瓷砖直角输送质量,为小规格瓷砖直角分流梳理机构的设计提供了理论依据。 In order to solve the problem of flipping and stacking of small-size tile in right-angle conveying process,the right-angle carding and conveying mechanism were designed. Firstly,based on the theory of multibody dynamics,a multi-body model of roller type small-size tile right-angle conveyor was established. Secondly,the whole-factor design test method was used to optimize the conveying parameters of conveyor mechanism in ADAMS,and the optimal conveying parameters were obtained. Then,the carding structure was designed according to the optimal conveying parameters. Finally,the simulation test and prototype test of small-size tiles with carding structure were carried out. The results show that the prototype test results match the simulation results very well.The new design can effectively improve the quality of small-size tile at right-angle,which provide the theoretical basis for the design of small-size tile right-angle carding mechanism.
