摘要
目的:对不同品牌艾条及艾柱中主要有效黄酮的含量进行测定,为成品艾条及艾柱的质量控制提供参考。方法:采用DIONEX ULTIMATE 3000高效液相色谱仪(泵:LPG-3400SD Quaternary Analytical Pump,化学软件:CM-CHM-1:Server+1x TB1+Client+Control),紫外检测器(VWD-3100 Single Wavelength Detector),色谱柱为Agi Lent ZORBAX Extend-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(50∶50),流速为0.8 ml·min-1,检测波长为360 nm,检测器柱温为30℃,以山柰酚、棕矢车菊素、异泽兰黄素为对照品,对不同品牌艾条及艾柱中山柰酚、棕矢车菊素、异泽兰黄素的含量进行比较分析。结果:11批样品均含有山柰酚、棕矢车菊素、异泽兰黄素,但含量差别较大。山柰酚、棕矢车菊素和异泽兰黄素分别在0.049~0.244μg(r=0.999 9)、0.095~0.475μg(r=0.999 3)、0.190~0.590μg(r=0.999 9)范围内,其质量和峰面积之间均呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率分别为100.69%,100.31%,100.14%;RSD分别为1.21%、1.24%、1.14%(n=5)。结论:该方法操作简便、准确度高、重复性好,可作为艾条及艾柱中山柰酚、棕矢车菊素和异泽兰黄素的含量测定方法,也可用于艾条及艾柱的品质评价和质量控制。
Objective: To determine the contents of main effective flavonoids in different brands of moxa and moxa cone for the quality control of finished Moxa products. Methods: An Agilent ZORBAX Extend-C18 column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0. 2% phosphoric acid solution( 50 ∶ 50). The flow rate was 0. 8 ml·min-1,the detection wavelength was 360 nm,and the column temperature was 30℃. Kaempferol,jaceosidin and eupatilin as the reference substances,the contents of kaempferol,jaceosidin and eupatilin in different brands of moxa and moxa cone were comparatively analyzed.Results: Eleven batches of the samples contained kaempferol,jaceosidin and eupatilin,while the contents had significant differences.In the range of 0. 049-0. 244 μg( r = 0. 999 9),0. 095-0. 475 μg( r = 0. 999 3),0. 190-0. 590 μg( r = 0. 999 9),respectively,there was a good linear relationship between the mass and peak area. The average recovery was 100. 69%,100. 31% and 100. 14%respectively. RSD was 1. 21%,1. 24% and 1. 14%( n = 5). Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the quality evaluation and quality control of moxa products.
