摘要 目的:建立ICP-MS法测定依地酸二钠中Fe、Ni、Cu、As、Cr、Cd、Hg、Pb等8种金属元素含量。方法:采用ICP–MS法进行测定,应用碰撞池技术(CCT),最大程度的减少多原子干扰,通过在线加入Sc、Rh、Tb、Lu、Bi等内标元素的方法,校正测量结果,降低基体效应和信号漂移干扰。样品用纯水溶解成0.1%水溶液,直接进样。结果:检测限范围为0.009~0.11 ng·ml-1时,标准曲线线性关系良好(r在0.997 0~1.000 0范围内);回收率均在82%~98%之内(n=6)。结论:上述方法简便、快速、准确,可用于依地酸二钠中8种金属元素的含量测定。 Objective: To establish an ICP-MS method for the content determination of 8 metal elements including Fe,Ni,Cu,As,Cr,Cd,Hg and Pb in edetate disodium. Methods: An ICP-MS method with collision pool technology( CCT) was used to reduce the polyatomic interference maximally,and the interference from the matrix effect and the signal drift was reduced through online adding of the internal standard elements including Sc,Rh,Tb,Lu and Bi to calibrate the measurement results. The sample was dissolved in pure water to obtain 0. 1% water solution and directly measured. Results: When the detection limit was from 0. 009 to 0. 11 ng ·ml-1,the standard curves showed good linear relationship( r = 0. 997 0-1. 000 0). The recoveries were 82%-98%( n = 6). Conclusion: The established method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used to determine the contents of 8 metal elements.
