Construction of evaluation index system of training institutions for nursing personnel for the elderly

[目的]探索和建立养老护理员培训机构考核评价指标体系。[方法]在文献回顾、小组讨论和专家小组会议的基础上,初步拟定养老护理员培训机构评价指标体系,并通过德尔菲专家咨询法对20名专家进行两轮问卷咨询,获得专家的一致性意见,初步构建养老护理员培训机构考核评价指标体系。[结果]两轮专家咨询问卷的有效回收率分别为100%和90%,专家权威系数分别为0.880和0.865,协调系数分别为0.272和0.517,初步构建了包括5个一级指标、19个二级指标和49个三级指标的养老护理员培训机构考核评价指标体系。[结论]构建的养老护理员培训机构考核评价指标体系具有一定的科学性,可以为从事养老护理员培训机构的考核提供依据,但需要进一步的实证研究进行检验。

Objective：to explore and establish the evaluation index system of training institutions for nursing personnel for the elderly.Methods：on the basis of literature review,group discussion,and panel meeting,the evaluation index system of training institutions for nursing personnel for the elderly was preliminary drawing up.Delphi method was used to conduct a two-round questionnaire and consultation among 20 experts to obtain the consistency opinion,and construct the preliminary evaluation index system of training institutions for nursing personnel for the elderly.Results：The questionnaire effective recovery rates of two-round expert consultation were 100% and 90%;the expert authority coefficients were 0.880 and 0.865;coordination coefficients were 0.272 and 0.517,respectively.The preliminary constructed evaluation index system of training institutions for nursing personnel for the elderly including five firstlevel indicators,19 secondary-level indicators,and 49 tertiary-level indicators.Conclusion：The constructed evaluation index system of training institutions for nursing personnel for the elderly had certain scientific and could be the references for the personnel who evaluated the training institutions for nursing personnel for the elderly.The further empirical research was needed to test.
