低压细水雾在公路隧道火灾防控中的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 为验证"低压细水雾灭火系统"对隧道初期火灾发展和传播的抑制效果,在云南省昭会高速公路邱家垭口隧道内开展低压细水雾灭火系统实体火灾试验。通过隧道内有关温度场和烟气场的测量,对低压细水雾灭火系统在隧道火灾中抑制和扑灭火灾、降低火场温度以及净化火源附近空气的能力进行研究。试验结果表明:在隧道风速不大于3 m/s的情况下,低压细水雾灭火系统开启后,火焰得到控制,火源附近的温度迅速降低,CO体积分数达到峰值后快速下降,O_2体积分数在试验过程中始终保持在21%左右,能够确保公路隧道的消防安全和人员逃生安全。 An on-site fire simulation experiment is conducted in Qiujiayakou Tunnel on Zhaohui Highway in Yunnan province to verify the pefformance of low pressure water mist fire extinguishing system to suppress fire spreading and expending during early fire in tunnel. During the experiment, the temperatre and gas fields after low water mist spraying are measured; and fire protection and control performance of low pressure water mist in tunnel fire is studied. The quantitative test data obtained from the fire simulation experiment show that fire flame has been controlled, the temperature field around fire source has been reduced, the concentration of CO reduced rapidly after reaches peak value, and concentration of 02 kept approximately 21% during experiment, which can guarantee the fire safety and evacuation of personnel.
