摘要
城市核心区土地资源稀缺、人流分布密集,结合地铁车站建设来开发或连通地下空间,实现资源集约高效利用、功能融合升级,成为未来的必然选择。以深圳地铁车站与地下空间的结合为例,通过对比分析不同类型地下空间的功能定位、应用情况、客流特征等因素,总结地铁车站与地下空间结合项目成败的经验,为未来同类项目的规划设计及建设运营提供参考和借鉴。
In view of the scarcity of land resources and the dense distribution of passengers in core urban areas,it is an inevitable choice to build metro stations or connect the underground spaces,in an effort to achieve efficient utilization of resources,integrate and upgrade synthetic functions of transportation in the future.The combination of metro station and underground space in Shenzhen City is taken as an example,the functional positioning,application and passenger flow characteristics in different underground spaces are compared,the experiences of success and failure in the integration of metro station and underground space are summarized,with a view to provide a reference for the planning,design,construction and operation of similar projects in the future.
