苏州轨道交通2号线既有线路普通扣件地段减振降噪改造方案 被引量:5

摘要 既有线路采用DTVI2-4普通扣件的地段存在噪声振动问题。将普通扣件更换为福斯罗336 Duo减振型扣件,进行减振降噪改造,使扣件钉孔位与扣件高度不变,不影响线路运营。在改造前后对早晚高峰列车经过时的线路附近房屋进行振动及噪声测试。测试结果表明,改造的减振降噪效果明显,满足相关标准要求。 Noise and vibration problems exist on railway section that adopts DTVI2-4 common fastener.Through changing the common fastener to Forsro 336 Duo damping fastener and maintaining the same height between fastener's nail hole and the fastener itself,the normal line operation is ensured and the operation cost reduced.Vibration and noise reduction that influence the buildings along the lines have been tested in morning and evening peak times before and after the transformation,the results show that obvious effect has been achieved according to the relevant requirements.
