软土地基连续弯梁桥墩柱纠偏施工监控 被引量:4

摘要 软土地基环境下桥梁墩柱在不均匀受力下易发生侧位偏移,墩柱恢复过程受到土体状态等多种不确定性因素的影响,纠偏施工过程复杂,因此,施工中各项指标的监控尤为重要。以浙江某软土地基连续弯梁桥的墩柱纠偏施工过程为例,对整个过程中墩柱的顶底位移及垂直度等进行了施工监控。结果表明,双柱式桥墩墩柱顶底部共同顶推的纠偏效果相对明显,但需周密布置整个纠偏施工方案,并对整个纠偏过程进行安全性监控。 The bridge piers in the soft soil usually shift laterally under uneven force load. The restoration of pier columns is affected by various uncertainties such as soil condition,which causes complexity in the construction process. Therefore,the pier columns are especially important during construction. This paper is based on a program of pier rectification construction under soft soil foundation in Zhejiang province. The displacements and the perpendicularity of the piers were measured during the whole construction process for ensuring the safety of the piers. The results show that the correction effect of the common jacking on the top of the pier and the bottom of the double column pier is relatively obvious,but the whole rectification construction scheme should be arranged carefully,and the safety monitoring of the whole rectification process is carried out.
