Thermal-Technology for the Construction of the Northern Mountain Tunnels in Winter

大连至旅顺中部通道工程是大连市交通局在"十三五"期间重大工程建设项目,也是大连市在建公路工程中桥隧比最高的项目。由于东北地区每年的有效工期相对较短,特别对于需要保证施工连续性的隧道工程来说,冬季能够正常施工尤为重要。以5号隧道冬季施工为例,通过分析冬季施工的关键环节,借鉴其他类似工程的施工经验,从原材存放、施工环境、后勤保障等方面,提出了隧道冬季施工解决方案。结果表明:采用料仓保温、隧道封闭、加工场围挡、管线包裹等防寒保温措施可有效控制隧道冬季施工质量,达到了预期效果。

The middle passage project of Dalian to Lushun is one of the most important projects in the period of ＂ 13 th Five-Year Plan＂ by Dalian Transportation Bureau. It is also the highest proportion of the bridge and tunnel in the highway construction in Dalian. Because the effective time in the northeast area is relatively short each year,especially for the tunnel engineering which needs to ensure the continuity of the construction,it is particularly important for the construction in winter. Taking the winter construction of No. 5 tunnel as an example,by analyzing the key links in winter construction and drawing on the construction experience of other similar projects,the solution is put forward from the storage of raw materials,the construction environment, and the logistic support. The results show that the heat preservation measures by keeping bunker warm,closing tunnel,enclosure processing site,wrapping pipeline can effectively control the construction quality of the tunnel in winter and achieve the expected results,which can be used for reference to the tunnel construction with similar conditions.
