摘要
严寒地区隧道衬砌因季节变化,在冻胀作用下极易破坏。东北某铁路隧道在确保运营和列车安全通行的条件下,对隧道衬砌进行了补强处理和保温处治,以避免隧道衬砌冻胀破坏。通过研究隧道病害特点及区域适应性,提出了已损二次衬砌加强和增设防寒保温措施的处治方案,采用脚手架快速施工技术、波纹板滑道安装技术、波纹板固定安全措施、波纹板+自发泡聚氨酯表层处理技术,有效保证了在列车通行条件下,对隧道衬砌的补强保温施工。隧道运营效果表明:处治施工方法和工艺合理、措施得当,补强保温技术可行,可为类似工程提供参考。
Due to seasonal changes,tunnel lining in cold areas can easily be destroyed under the action of frost heave. To ensure the operation and safe passage,a railway tunnel in northeast China has carried out reinforcement treatment and heat preservation treatment on the tunnel lining to prevent the frost heave damage to the tunnel lining. By studying the characteristics and regional adaptability of tunnel degradation,the plan for strengthening damaged secondary lining and adding cold-proof insulation measures was determined. The scaffold rapid construction technology, corrugated slide installation technology,corrugated plate fixed safety measures,and corrugated plate+spontaneous bubble polyurethane surface treatment technology were adopted. The reinforcement and insulation of the tunnel lining have effectively guaranteed the passing conditions of the train. This case demonstrates that the construction plans,process,and measures of the reinforcement and insulation are feasible,which can provide a reference for similar projects.
