重庆江南立交交通拥堵疏解方案探讨

Discussion on Traffic Congestion Solutions of Chongqing Jiangnan Interchange

江南立交位于重庆市南岸区四公里,它西至九龙坡,北往渝中,南至巴南,东接内环快速路,是快速路四横线与五纵线的交叉节点工程。随着城市的不断发展,以及该片区周边地块的不断开发建设,该交叉节点交通压力日益增大,目前已呈长期拥堵状态。针对这一问题,通过对江南立交现状拥堵状况现场调研与交通量统计分析,提出了疏解江南立交交通组织方案的优化思路,即在不影响现状交通的前提下利用现有匝道,适当增加工程,减少交织段对正线交通的影响,消除现有多处冲突点,缓解了江南立交的交通压力,可供同类工程参考。

Jiangnan Interchange is located in Sigongli of Nan＇an District,Chongqing. It connects Jiulongpo District to the west,Yuzhong District to the north,Banan District to the south,and Inner Ring Expressway to the east,and it is the project at the intersection of the four horizontal and five vertical lines of the expressway. With the continuous development of the city and the constant construction of the surrounding area,the traffic pressure of this intersection has been building up,and long-term congestion has been formed. To address this issue,on-the-spot investigations and traffic statistics analysis of the Jiangnan Interchange have been conducted and plan to optimize the traffic at the Jiangnan Interchange has been put forward. That is, without worsening the current traffic, to utilize existing ramps, add projects appropriately,relieve the pressure of merging or crossing traffic,eliminate many existing conflicting points,and ease the traffic pressure. It can be used as a reference for similar projects.
