Greater civil-military integration stems not only from the internal demands of cyber technologies,but also from the need to boost cyber security and the process of informationalization simultaneously. To promote the strategy of a Great Cyber Province, it is necessary to facilitate civil-military integration, establish industrial base for integration, enhance human talent exchanges, and strengthen institutional safeguard. By doing so, it can create a new structure that breeds the deep integration for cyber security.
