Based on the introduction of structure and layout of hydro-generator unit in pillow dams,this paper analyzes the causes of shaft current,describes the harm of shaft current on the unit,points out the treatment countermeasure and preventive measures in the operation,so as to improve the operation condition of the unit and the safety of the equipment operation.
