摘要
学徒制职业教育是红帮裁缝最主要的职业教育形态。红帮裁缝学徒制育人体系有着明显的特征:严格的制度和规范、伦理与契约融合的师徒关系、循序渐进和潜移默化的教学模式、"寓居于身体"的默会知识传授方法。红帮裁缝学徒制的这些特征,对现代学徒制具有很大的启示。
Apprenticeship vocational education is the most important vocational education form for Hong Bang tailors. This apprenticeship education system has obvious characteristics： strict system and norm, the mentoring combined with ethics and contract, the gradual and subtle teaching mode, and the tacit knowledge teaching method of ＂living in the body＂, which have great enlightenment to modern apprenticeship system.
