基于粗糙集的建筑业循环经济发展水平评价

Evaluation of Circular-Economy Development of Construction Industry Based on Rough Set

建筑业循环经济的发展水平对于全面推进绿色低碳循环发展的经济体系的建设具有重要意义。本文引入粗糙集理论,构建基于粗糙集的建筑企业循环经济发展水平评价模型,并对2015年我国30个省份建筑业循环经济发展水平进行实证分析,为有效推动建筑业循环经济发展制定更具针对性的政策方针、规章制度提供依据。

Circular-economy development of construction industry is of great significance to the construction of green low-carbon economic system. Based on the theory of rough set,this paper constructs an evaluation model about circular-economy development of construction industry and analyzes the development with the data in30 provinces in 2015. It provides basis for making policies,rules and regulations to effectively promote the circular-economy development of construction economy.
