摘要
文章将模糊影响图法理论应用到电力工程改造过程中安全存在的风险识别,通过定义语言变量模糊集,构造模糊影响图的关系层和数据层,确定结点间模糊关系并进行评估,得出价值结点的发生概率,从而选出影响大的风险因素,着重进行管理和规避。结果证明:模糊影响图法是一种比较贴近实际可行的电力项目安全造价风险评估方法。
The theory of fuzzy relation graph is applied to the risk identification of the safety in process of substation renovation.Firstly,linguistic variables fuzzy sets are defined,the relational layer and data layer of fuzzy association graph are constructed,the fuzzy relation between nodes is determined and evaluated,the probability of the value node is obtained,the larger risk factor is selected to be managed and avoided.The result shows that the fuzzy relation graph method is a practical and feasible method for evaluating the safety of power project.
