The ＂Internet ＋ ＂era has brought new opportunities for the development of trade unions. Trade union work can use the We Chat public platform to serve the majority of faculty and staff.The convenient communication between trade unions and members can greatly expand the interaction of time and space,and it is cheaper and efficient. Using the Internet to think about and innovate the communication work of the trade unions,the communication environment of the trade union work has undergone great changes in the media environment and reality. The information needs of the union members have also changed greatly.This article discusses the content and specific methods for setting up a WeChat service platform in universities,and proposes the function of the We Chat service platform in colleges and universities,and through the construction of a WeChat platform,it has achieved an efficient and convenient trade union work model.
