摘要
大学生体质健康状况下降成为我国普遍关注的公共健康问题,如何利用创新性的锻炼技术手段,引导大学生科学有效地开展健身锻炼,成为体育产业和公共健康领域关注的热点问题。本研究拟从大学生健身需求出发,总结前人关于大学生健身研究经验,基于体育、物理等学科基本理论,借鉴当前相关前沿科技(智能驱动、氮气浮力等),设计并尝试制造利用机电助力的实物系统,结合相关大学体育课程实践,从机电助力装置角度探索大学生健身新途径和新模式,为大学生体质健康理论和实践研究提供新视角。
Decline of college students ' physical health has become a public health problem of common concern in our country. How to guide students to carry out scientific and effective exercise with innovative training techniques has become a hot issue in the field of public health and sports industry. This study intends to proceed from college students' needs for fitness. It draws experience from previous research on fitness.Based on the basic theory in the disciplines of sports and physics,with reference to current cutting-edge technology such as intelligent drive,buoyancy-nitrogen,the writer attempts to design and make the instrument system using mechanical-electric power. In combination with P. E. teaching in college,the paper explored new approaches for college students' fitness and the new mode of. It provided a new perspective for the theory and practice of college students' physical health.
