摘要
本文结合衡阳师范学院"国培计划"中西部农村骨干教师培训项目(初中数学)实施情况和数学与应用数学专业人才培养情况,从四个方面探讨了地方高师院校数学与应用数学专业的人才培养模式,为改革地方高师院校人才培养模式和提升地方高师院校数学与应用数学专业人才培养质量提供了理论依据和实践途径。
Combining the implementation of training program( junior high school mathematics) for rural backbone teachers in the central and western regions of the "National Training Plan " and training of mathematics and applied mathematics teacher talents in Hengyang Normal University,this paper discusses talent training mode for mathematics and applied mathematics majors in local normal universities from the four aspects. It provides a theoretical basis and practical approach for the reform of the talent training mode and quality improvement of talents training for mathematics and applied mathematics majors in local normal universities.
