摘要
随着国家各项事业的改革深入,城市燃气的各项收费改革也逐步开展,城市燃气安装收费问题一直受到各界关注。在回顾我国燃气安装费的形成,称谓和内涵及其外延和应用现状的基础上,指出现行燃气安装费存在的问题,结合国外城市燃气安装及其收费方式、国内电信和配售电行业安装及其收取情况,提出解决我国城市燃气安装收费问题的建议。
With the reform of various national undertakings, the reform of urban gas charges has also been carried out gradually and the urban gas installation charges have been concerned by all circles. After reviewing the formation of the gas installation charges in China and introducing the term and connotation, as well as its extensional meaning and current application condition, the paper points out the existing problems related to gas installation charges and puts forward suggestions to solve the urban gas installation charges related problems in China based on foreign urban gas installation and charging mode, as well as the installation and charging mode in domestic telecommunication and power transmission and sales industry.
