加强油气企业基层纪检监察干部队伍建设的思考

不断加强和推进油气企业基层纪检监察干部队伍建设,是新时代深入开展党风廉政建设和加强反腐败斗争必须长期坚持的一项重要的基础性工作。分析了中国石油企业加强基层纪检监察干部队伍建设的重要性,指出了当前队伍建设存在的问题,并有针对性地提出了相关对策。研究认为,中国石油企业应进一步强化基层纪检监察干部队伍的突出地位、素质培养和作风建设等。

Continuously strengthening and promoting the construction of a grass-roots level discipline inspection and supervision cadre team of Petro China enterprises is an important basic work that should be insisted for long term to strengthen the construction of the Party conduct and of an honest and clean government and anti-corruption struggle. This paper analyzes the importance of the construction of a grass-roots level discipline inspection and supervision cadre team of Petro China enterprises, points out the existing problems in team building at present, and puts forward relevant countermeasures accordingly. The study suggests that Petro China enterprises should further strengthen the outstanding position, quality cultivation and work style construction of the grass-roots level discipline inspection and supervision cadre team.
