山东LNG接收站冷能空分方案技术经济可行性分析 被引量:7

摘要 LNG蕴含大量高品质的冷能,在LNG接收站中将其直接释放到海水中会造成冷能严重浪费。为实现冷能充分利用、经济利益最大化的目的,认为山东LNG接收站应充分利用LNG冷能建设冷能空分装置。通过对国内外冷能空分装置情况的简要介绍,充分对青岛及其周边地区进行市场供需、投资、价格、产品竞争力风险分析,认为建设冷能空分装置的方案在技术经济上是可行的、风险是可控的,符合国家节能减排、循环经济政策,并对建设冷能空分装置的技术方案及工艺流程作了详细的阐述。 LNG contains a lot of high-quality cold energy. However, many LNG receiving stations directly deliver this energy into sea, bringing about its tremendous waste. In order to make full use of the cold energy and maximum the economic benefits, some coolenergy air separation facilities have been developed for LNG receiving stations, Shandong Province. In this study, based on status quo of these facilities at home and aboard, we analyzed risk from aspects of market supply and demand, investment, price, and product competitiveness in Qingdao and surrounding regions. Results show that, to develop these air separation facilities is technologically feasible due to controllable risk, and conformance to the China's policies of energy-saving and emission-reduction and circular economy. In addition, their development is illustrated in detail in these ways of technological proposal and process flow.
