摘要
节流制冷器的启动属于非稳态过程,目前的仿真计算仍然存在较大的误差。通过建立不同节距肋片管节流制冷器的实验模型,验证对节流制冷器启动时间的影响。实验结果表明,肋片管换热器翅片节距的变化,对节流制冷器的启动时间影响较大,该影响不是线性关系存在拐点。在设计模型时,肋片管的最佳节距为0.2 mm,该研究对J-T制冷器的设计有指导意义。
The starting-up process of a J-T cooler is unsteady process. There is still a large error in the simulation of aJ-T cooler’ s start-up process until now. Establishing the experimental model of different pitch finned tube heat exchangerto verify the effect on a J-T cooler start-up time. The experimental results show that the change of a heat exchanger finpitch has impact on a J-T cooler start-up time,and the impact is not a linear relationship,there is an inflection point. In themodel of this paper,the optimum pitch of fin tubes is 0.2 mm. The study is useful for the design of the J-T cooler.
