焊接绝热气瓶静态蒸发率是焊接绝热气瓶的重要性能指标,根据焊接绝热气瓶使用过程中的热稳定性、贮存介质及应用的特点,提出了焊接绝热气瓶静态蒸发率定压测量方案,相对于国标规定的测试方法,该方案充分利用了焊接绝热气瓶的使用特点,实现了焊接绝热气瓶在工作压力下测量静态蒸发率,可以有效缩短测试准备时间,无需放气至环境压力,简化测试过程。数据处理中以焊接绝热气瓶的测试数据为基础,通过计算给出静态蒸发率值,以便于与标准规定值比较。

Static evaporation rate is an important performance of welded insulated cylinders. According to the charactersof heat stabilization/cryogenic liquid and installment of welded insulated cylinders,the paper puts forward the projectof static evaporation rate measure periodic in working pressure. Comparing to the method of national standard,it made fulluse of characters of welded insulated cylinders,realized the measure in worked pressure,reduced the time to prepare andprocess in measurement and avoided discharge the high pressure gas to environment in welded insulated cylinders. In thedata processing,it gave the result of static evaporation rate based on measuring data,which was convenience to contrastnational standard.
