NGAL和VEGF在子宫内膜癌早期病变中的表达意义

Expression of NGAL and VEGF in Early Pathological Changes of Endometrial Carcinoma

目的分析子宫内膜癌组织中中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质载运蛋白(NGAL)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达与肿瘤临床特征的关系。方法选择50例子宫内膜癌和50例正常子宫内膜组织,分别采用免疫组化染色和RT-PCR法检测NGAL和VEGF表达情况,分析与肿瘤临床特征包括FIGO分期、病理类型、分化级别和肿瘤直径的关系。结果子宫内膜癌组织中NGAL和VEGF阳性表达率和mRNA表达水平高于正常子宫内膜组织(P<0.05)。NGAL和VEGF表达与FIGO分期和分化级别有关(P<0.05),与年龄、病理类型和肿瘤直径无关(P>0.05)。结论 NGAL和VEGF异常高表达与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展密切相关。

Objective To study the expression of neutrophil gelatinase associated lipocalin （NGAL） and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in the tissues of endometrial carcinoma and the relationship with the clinical features of tumor. Methods The tissues of 50 cases with endometrial carcinoma and 50 cases with normal endometrium were selected and their expression levels of NGAL and VEGF were detected by the methods of immunohistochemical staining and RT-PCR respectively. Then the relationship was analyzed between the expression levels and the clinical features of tumor including FIGO stages, pathological types, differentiation grades and tumor diameters. Results The positive expression rate of NGAL and VEGF and the mRNA expression levels in the tissues of endometrial carcinoma were all significantly higher than those in the normal endometrial tissues （ P 〈0.05）. The expression levels of NGAL and VEGF were correlated with FIGO stages and differentiation grades （ P 〈0.05） and they were not related with age, pathological types and tumor diameters （ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion The high expression levels of NGAL and VEGF are closely related with the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma.
