品管圈管理在医院病案归档管理中的应用效果研究

An Effect Study on the Application of Quality Control Circle Management in the Filing Management of Hospital Medical Records

目的探讨品管圈管理在医院病案归档管理中的应用效果。方法选取四川省医学科学院·四川省人民医院2016年10月至12月258份病案为对照组,行常规病案管理,另选取2017年1月至3月266份病案为观察组,行品管圈病案管理。经现状把握、目标设定、分析原因、制订对策并应用,比较两组病案平均归档时间。结果对照组和观察组平均病案归档时间分别为(9.0±3.6)d和(6.4±2.1)d,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈管理可缩短病案归档时间,提高医务人员服务质量及病房管理水平。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle management on the filing management of hospital medical records. Methods The medical records of the patients between October and December in 2016 in Sichuan Academy of Medical Sciences ＆ Sichuan Provincial People＇s Hospital were selected into the control group and filed with the method of the conventional management, while those between January and March in 2017 were selected into the observation group and filed with the quality control circle management. The average filing time of the two groups was compared by determining the current situation, setting the goal, analyzing the reasons, and developing and applying the countermeasures. Results The average filing time was （9.0±3.6） days in the control group and （6.4±2.1） days in the observation group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The quality control circle management can shorten the filing time of hospital medical records, improve the service quality of medical personnel, and ameliorate the levels of ward management.
