摘要
湿接缝现普遍应用于装配式梁桥主梁间的连接,但现有规范对湿接缝宽度没有统一的标准,因而造成湿接缝的计算往往被忽视,导致湿接缝处出现裂缝成为装配式梁桥的主要病害之一。本文结合30 m简支T梁对湿接缝受力状态进行了分析,基于内力计算结果给出了合理湿接缝宽度的建议控制值,并在此基础上分析了不同宽度湿接缝的开裂状态,提出了相应的改进建议。
Wet-joints are commonly used in the connection between the main girders of the main assembly girder bridges.But the current specifications do not have an uniform standard for the wet-joint width, leading to the overlook of the calculation of wet-joint and making cracks in the wet joints become one of the major defects of assembly girder bridges.In this paper,the stress states of wet-joints were analyzed on basis of 30 m simply-supported T-girder,and the recommended control value of rational wet-joint width was given based on the calculation results of internal force. On this basis,the cracking states of wet-joints with different widths were analyzed,and some suggestions for improvement were put forward.
