摘要
针对跨座式单轨交通桥梁的荷载特点及功能要求,提出了跨座式轨道梁支座的结构设计方案。通过对支座进行有限元分析,得出了支座的受力和变形情况,表明支座各部件强度和刚度满足使用要求。通过等效荷载幅下的300万次疲劳试验验证支座结构设计的可靠性,加载过程中支座各部件始终处于弹性变形阶段,支座结构设计满足要求。
In view of the load characteristics and function requirements of straddle monorail bridges,the bearing structure design scheme for straddle rail beam was proposed.Based on finite element modeling analysis,t he bearing stress and displacement were obtained,which showed that bearing strength and stiffness meet application requirements.The reliability of bearing structural design was verified by fatigue tests under 3 million times of equivalent load amplitude. During the loading process,the constitutive relation of each bearing component was elastic,thus the design scheme meets requirements.
