摘要
收集东北地区气象和冻结深度数据,探讨沈阳铁路局管辖内冻害区域分布规律。对丹大、长珲和秦沈客运专线路基冻害情况进行调研,在重点区段展开冻胀监测试验,分析客运专线路基结构形式与冻害的相关性,分析冻害原因,提出具体整治方法。实践表明,基床表层冻害可采取护肩切槽或护肩下铺设无砂混凝土板的方法排出隔断层顶部基床表层积水;基床底层冻害可采取铺设XPS保温板提高路基体内部温度的方法,路堤地段基床底层也可采取跟管掏土将高含水率细粒土填料置换出来的方法进行整治,路堑地段基床底层冻害可采取增设或加深排水盲沟降低地下水的方法进行整治。
By collecting meteorological data and freezing depth data in northeast region,the distribution law of frost damage region in management of Shenyang railway bureau was discussed. Subgrade frost damage condition of Dandong-Dalian,Changchun-Hunchun and Qinhuangdao-Shenyang passenger dedicated railway was investigated,frost heave monitoring tests were carried out in key section,the correlation between subgrade structure and frost damage of passenger dedicated railway was discussed,the causes of frost damage were analyzed and the specific renovation methods were put forward.The practices show that the methods such as shoulder pad grooving and laying sand free concrete slab below the shoulder pad should be used for frost damage on the surface of the subgrade bed to discharge the waterlog of subgrade bed surface on the top of the partition layer,the method of laying XPS insulation board increasing the internal temperature of the subgrade body should be used for frost damage at the bottom of the subgrade bed,the method of excavating the earth with the tube replacing high water content fine-grained soil filler should be used for frost damage at the bottom of the subgrade bed in embankment section,the method of adding or deepening the drainage blind ditch reducing the groundwater should be used for frost damage at the bottom of the subgrade bed in cutting area.
